Meet Ehsan
Gower Real Estate is run by Ehsan, a Swansea based property investor with over 8 years of experience in the property market. He comes from a family with over 20 years of experience in the property industry.
He started by building a buy-to-let portfolio, focusing on long-term rental properties and learning how to assess deals, manage tenants, ever changing legislation, managing refurbishments and understanding real property value on the ground.
Over time, this developed into working more with:

refurbishment projects
understanding different selling routes
and building practical deal experience
More recently, Ehsan has also been active in property refurbishments and flipping, focusing on improving and repositioning properties. Gower Real Estate was founded because Ehsan saw that many homeowners are looking for straightforward advice and practical solutions, not pressure or sales tactics.
